Refund Policy

Last updated: July 2, 2026. Vermilion Oracle sells personalized digital reports delivered by email.

Before Work Begins

If your paid intake is outside our service scope before work begins, we will issue a refund. If you request cancellation before report preparation begins, we may issue a refund.

After Work Begins

Once report preparation has begun, payments are generally non-refundable because the service is personalized written work prepared for one submitted question.

Late Delivery

If we miss the delivery window without prior notice, you may request a refund or a revised delivery time.

Report Disagreement

Dissatisfaction with the personalized report, disagreement with the report, or a later real-world outcome does not automatically qualify for a refund, because no outcome is promised.

Follow-Up Questions

Each order covers one specific question. A new question, expanded question, or follow-up report requires a new order.
