Service Scope

Vermilion Oracle provides personalized written Chinese cultural reflection reports. Each paid report covers one specific question submitted by the customer.

No Professional Advice

Reports are not medical, legal, financial, investment, psychological, gambling, immigration, tax, or emergency advice. No report promises any specific outcome, event, relationship result, financial result, legal result, or health result.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to purchase a report.

Questions We Do Not Accept

We do not accept questions involving medical diagnosis, pregnancy, death, legal disputes, immigration outcomes, taxes, investments, gambling, emergency situations, private information about a third party, control of another person, or promised relationship results.

Orders And Delivery

Delivery time begins after both payment and a complete intake form are received. Reports are delivered digitally by email. If your intake form is incomplete, the delivery window begins after the missing information is provided.

If a paid intake is outside our service scope, we may decline the order and issue a refund before report preparation begins.

Revisions

We may correct formatting errors, typos, or obvious misunderstandings of the submitted question. We do not prepare a new report or answer a new question as a revision. Follow-up questions require a new order.

Customer Responsibility

You remain fully responsible for your own choices and actions. A report should be treated as a reflective guide, not as an instruction to make major personal, financial, legal, medical, or professional decisions.
